Walking into the hotel might seem underwhelming, but step inside, and you're greeted by modern decor and clean lines. The room? Super comfy with great amenities! Beatrice and Luisa were attentive hosts, sharing local gems and tips. Would I return? Absolutely!

We had a wonderful time during our stay, especially enjoying the cozy bath and the relaxing TV lounge in the evenings. The only downside was that the shower pressure was a bit inconsistent at times, but it didn’t ruin the experience. I’d recommend asking for a high floor for a really nice view! 😊

You won't believe the culinary treasures around here! Just a stone's throw away, I found a gem called La Romana gelateria, which was pure bliss. Plus, the cozy vibe at Antonini Cafe kicked off my mornings just right. The warm ambiance throughout the hotel made it feel like home, and those modern touches? Totally on point!

But hold up, it's not all perfect. The apartment setup means you're hearing every whisper from next door. The hot water situation can be a bit of a game of chance, and breakfast? Not happening here. Still, the charm of the place kind of makes you forget about those quirks.

the only downside was the tiny balcony, but the location was perfect, super central and quiet. beatrice helped us a ton, with great tips for exploring, and the room had everything we needed plus a nice view.

I absolutely adored the charming decor throughout the hotel, with easy accessibility that made it a comfortable experience for me as a senior. The staff were incredibly welcoming, creating a warm ambiance that made my stay even more delightful.

me and my partner enjoyed our 6-night stay, as the manager was incredibly helpful in showing us the best walking routes to nearby landmarks like Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain, all under 1.5 km away. We loved that breakfast included amazing options with espresso served every morning, making our start to each day special. the room was beautiful, immaculate, and clean, perfect for unwinding after our busy city strolls.

It was just a nice choice for a couple of nights in Rome with best value for money ratio. Beatrice was super helpful, giving us a walking map with all the must-see sights highlighted. Make sure to try the coffee and pastries at the nearby cafe for a great start to your morning.

Our stay was marred by paper-thin walls, allowing us to hear every conversation from the adjacent room. The hot water was inconsistent, which made showering a gamble. Additionally, there was no breakfast option available, which was disappointing.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Vatican and the Colosseum, both within walking distance. Beatrice was super friendly, helping us explore the area and book tickets. The breakfast was great too, with fresh croissants and coffee. Loved the cozy home vibe!

However, the building was under renovation during our stay, which affected the charm and we couldn't enjoy a proper river view.

The room was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for great sleep. I loved the incredible view of the river from my window, adding a lovely ambiance to my mornings. The hospitality from the staff was outstanding. They helped book a table at a charming restaurant in the area, which made our dining experience memorable.

The noise from the street was a bit bothersome at night, impacting the overall relaxation.
